The Samsung Galaxy A04s is an upgrade from the Samsung Galaxy A03s that was released last year. It comes with a new design that is made of plastic at the back and frame. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the right side that is responsive. It also has a sim card and SD card slot on the left side. The phone supports dual 4G sim cards and it weighs around 200 grams.
It comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a 90 Hz refresh rate and 720p resolution. The high refresh rate is one of the major highlights of the display. It is not really bright outdoors and you have to set it to auto brightness to get the best outdoors. The phone also has a pixel density of 270 and the bezels around the display tell you it’s a budget phone. It comes with an infinity V cut-out that hides the front camera.
The Samsung Galaxy A04s is powered by the Exynos 850 chipset and it runs on Android 12. OneUI Core 4 is the user interface and it comes with 3 or 4GB RAM with up to 128GB storage space. The base model has 3GB RAM and 32GB storage but I won’t advise you to get that one. Performance is okay on the phone and it handles basic tasks like a champ.
The Samsung Galaxy A04s has a 50MP main camera and that is the most important camera of the bunch. Up front, it comes with a 5MP selfie camera, and it is not really impressive. The 50MP camera is actually okay in good lighting conditions.
