To cancel auto-renewal for a specific data plan, send NO followed by the subscription code to 131. For example:

  • To cancel the 75MB daily plan (subscription code 104), text NO104 to 131.

Method 3: General Deactivation

If you’re unsure of the specific subscription code, you can cancel all auto-renewals by texting STOPDATA to 131.

Glo provides straightforward options to deactivate auto-renewal:

Method 1: Using USSD Code

  1. Dial *777# on your phone.
  2. Navigate through the menu to manage your data plan.
  3. Follow the prompts to cancel auto-renewal.

Method 2: Via SMS

Send CANCEL to 127. You will receive a confirmation message once the auto-renewal has been deactivated.

Method 3: Online Management

  1. Visit the Glo Self-Care Portal.
  2. Log in with your credentials.
  3. Navigate to My Account.
  4. Select the active subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Opt to unsubscribe or disable auto-renewal.

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal on Airtel

Airtel offers multiple methods to stop auto-renewal:

Method 1: Via SMS

  • Text STOP to 141.
  • Alternatively, text STOPAUTORENEW to 440.

You should receive a confirmation message indicating that auto-renewal has been cancelled.

Method 2: For Specific Plans

For certain plans, specific deactivation codes are required:

  • Android Bundles: Dial *438*100# to cancel.
  • Mega Bundles: Dial *408*100# to cancel.
  • BlackBerry Bundles: Text DEACTIVATE to 440.

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal on 9mobile

To deactivate auto-renewal on 9mobile:

Method 1: Using USSD Code

  • Dial *229*0# on your phone.
  • Follow the prompt to select the plan you wish to cancel.

Method 2: Via SMS

  • Text STOP to 229.

A confirmation message will be sent to you once the auto-renewal has been successfully cancelled.
