While we are only a few weeks into 2022, rumors about the release of the 2022 iPhone continue to circulate. Several rumors and reports about the upcoming Apple flagship phones have already surfaced. The most recent report highlights some significant enhancements that will be available with the iPhone 14 Pro models.
TrendForce reports that the iPhone 14 Pro models will include a triple camera lens, with the primary lens being a 48 megapixel camera, along with a 12 megapixel ultra wide angle lens and a telephoto lens.
This news is in line with what well-known analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo said last year. Kuo states that the iPhone 14 Pro versions would include a 48-megapixel primary camera with capabilities for 8K video recording. He also stated that the iPhone 15 will include a periscope zoom in 2023.
According to speculations, the front of the iPhone 14 will be free of a full-sized notch in favor of a punch-hole camera. There have also been claims of a single or pill-shaped one with FaceID built in.
