Tecno Camon 17 series was unveiled a few days ago in Nigeria as the successor to the CAMON 16. The theme of the Camon 17 series is “Time to Stand Out”. The series has three smartphones so far – Camon 17, Camon 17 Pro, and Camon 17P.
CAMON 17 Specs
The Tecno Camon 17 is built around a 6.6″ Dot-in display with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution, 90% screen aspect ratio, 267 PPI, and 450nits brightness. At the back is a 48MP AI Ultra triple camera with a quad flash. For selfies, the phone uses a 16MP super-sensory front camera with dual flash. Running inside the Tecno Camon 17 is the MediaTek Helio G85 chip which is paired with 4/6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The battery capacity of the Camon 17 is 5,000 mAh and it supports an 18W Flash Charge. The smartphone is available in Frost Sliver, Deep sea, and Tranquil Green body colours
TECNO CAMON 17P
The Tecno Camon 17P has a bigger display measuring 6.8-inch with 1080 x 2460 resolution. The Tecno phone runs on Android 11 OS with HiOS on top. It uses a 64MP Quad camera with quad fresh. The selfie camera remains the same as the Camon 17. The Camon 17P has only one memory configuration – 6GB RAM and 128GB. Body colour options here are Frost Sliver, Magnet Black and Spruce Green.
CAMON 17 Pro
The Tecno Camon 17 Pro is available in California dream silver and Malibu blue body colours. The front camera uses a 48MP lens with dual flash while at the back is a 64MP quad-camera with quad flash. The Camon 17 Pro has the same display setup as the Camon 17P. Memory configuration of the Camon 17 Pro is 8GB RAM & 256GB storage.
CAMON 17 Price in Nigeria
Tecno Camon 17 series is available in all Tecno accredited retailers in Nigeria (Jumia, Pointek, Slot, 3C Hub e.t.c). The Camon 17 with 128GB of storage and 4GB of RAM is priced at ₦74,000, the Camon 17P for ₦94,000 while the Camon 17 Pro with 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM goes for ₦125,000.
