I have been spending countless hours trying to mirror. I do have a Samsung smart TV and it is a few years old. I would hate to think that b is very the reason. I do not want this phone if bi cannot mirror
You need to use Smart View on the Note 9.
The Note 9 has to be on the same wifi network as Chromecast.
At the main screen, Scroll down using two fingers.
Select Smart View. Select your Chromecast device.
The screen is now mirrored to your TV.
