Design
The Cubot P30 comes with a double-sided glass which is premium, to say the least. At the front of the device is a waterdrop notch display with a small chin.
The fingerprint reader is mounted at the back just below the triple camera module and we have the Cubot brand name at the bottom.
The Cubot P30 measures 156.6mm x 74.3mm x 8.1 mm in dimensions. The phone is available in three body colour options; Black, Green and Blue.
Display
The device features a 6.3-inch waterdrop notch display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, 410 PPI density, 92.8% screen-to-body ratio, and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The notch is home to the front camera, proximity sensor, ambient light, and earpiece.
Hardware and Software
Underneath the Cubot P30 is MediaTek Helio P23 SoC built on 16nm processing technology. To ensure power performance and efficiency, the chipset is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The Cubot P30 runs on stock Android 9.0 Pie promising smooth and clean user experience.
Camera
According to Cubot, the P30 will make you fall in love with photo shooting. It comes with a triple rear camera enclosed in a square module with the LED flash.
The camera setup consists of a 12MP Sony IMX486 main sensor for taking bright and clear photos, a 20MP Sony IMX350 depth sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor with a 125° field vision like that of the human eye.
For selfies, the P30 sports a 13MP Sony IMX214 front-facing camera with AI beauty and DIY beautify. Face unlock feature is available on the device.
Battery
The Cubot P30 packs a 4,000 mAh battery capacity. According to the company, the battery should last up to 6.2 hours of PUBG gaming.
Price and Availability
The Cubot P30 pre-order is already on-going at Gearbest for $139.99 but will end on the 6th of October.
