Cubot X19 Design And Display
The 5.93-inch display here which has a 1080p screen resolution and 408ppi uses the somewhat old 18:9 aspect ratio which leaves just enough room up top for the front-facing camera, speaker grill and other sensors. Asides from the top bezels and chin, there are almost no bezels on the sides. At the back sits the rear-facing camera, an LED flash and a fingerprint sensor for biometric verification.
It also has another Biometric verification method which is FaceID through the front-facing camera. This device measures 9.5mm in thickness thanks to the massive battery on the inside and comes in Black and Gradient as it’s colour options. It also has a dual Hybrid SIM slot which means the second SIM slot doubles as a microSD card slot for additional storage.

At the back of the device is a 16MP shooter with an f/2.0 aperture and PDAF paired with a secondary 2MP depth sensor lens. It is also equipped with an LED flash for low light photos. The front-facing camera, on the other hand, has a single 8MP front-facing camera with AutoFocus but no LED flash for shots on low light.

This device’s brain is the MediaTek’s Helio P23 SoC which has an octa-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz and an ARM Mali-G71 MP2 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal which can be expanded via the second SIM slot which is also a microSD card of up to 128GB. Cubot X19 runs Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box but will receive Android 9.0 Pie pretty soon according to Cubot.
