Google Pixel 3a XL arrived alongside the smaller Pixel 3a packing almost same hardware except for the display and battery which got bigger here hence the XL in its name. The display here is a 6.0-inch OLED one with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The battery also went up to 3,7000mAh with the same 18W charging and USB Power Delivery 2.0 support. Google Pixel 3a XL Design And Display
Google Pixel 3a XL design is pretty much the Google design everyone knows and loves. However, instead of glass for the back, Google opted for a plastic back here to cut cost. The back is packed with the single rear camera, dual LED flash and a fingerprint for biometric verifications. The front has the 6.0-inch OLED display with Asahi Dragontail Glass covering it for protection. The top bezel has a single selfie camera with stereo speakers at the top and bottom.
The Google Pixel 3a XL weighs slightly more at 167grams but measures the same at 8.2mm in thickness. It comes in three colour options; White, Black and Purple-ish, just like its sibling the Google Pixel 3a. It also has a single Nano SIM slot with no MicroSD card slot for additional storage.

Google opted for the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 SoC which is one of the newer SoCs from Qualcomm. The SoC is built on a 10nm manufacturing process technology and comes with 8 cores clocked at 2.0GHz paired with an Adreno 615 GPU. This is connected to 4GB of RAM for multitasking and 64GB of internal storage for files. There is also no MicroSD card slot so storage here isn’t expandable. As expected, the Google Pixel 3a XL runs pure stock Android 9.0 Pie out of the box and is guaranteed of two years worth of Updates and 3 years worth of security patches.

Powering the Google Pixel 3a XL is a 3,000mAh with support of up to 18W fast battery charging. It also supports the USB Power Delivery 2.0 standard. Charging as well as file transfer are done through the USB Type-C port. Surprisingly, there is a 3.5mm jack here so no need for a dongle.
