How to fix Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note Plus Overheating Issues

• Go to Settings.
• Select “General Management”.
• Select “Reset”.
• Choose “Factory Reset” from the given options.
• You can read the terms and conditions, then press “Reset” to begin.
• Press the “Delete All” reset option to erase every data on your phone.

Make sure you have at least a 50% battery life before you begin this factory reset method. But if your phone is no longer in working condition due to the overheating issue, this method won’t work. However, you can factory reset the device through recovery mode. Follow the steps below to do that;

1. Switch off your Galaxy Note 10.
2. Now, press and hold the “volume up” and “Bixby” buttons.
3. While still holding those two buttons, press and hold the “power” button.
4. The “Recovery screen” menu should appear now. Once you see the menu, you can now let go of the buttons.
5. Use the “volume down” button to navigate the menu until you get to the “wipe data/factory reset”.
6. Press the “power” button to select this “wipe data/factory reset” option.
