HTC U11 Life Review
The HTC U11 Life was released alongside the U11 Plus. The U11 Life is actually much cheaper and affordable compared to the U11 Plus. The device is IP67 certified, meaning you can still use it under a soft rain. The U11 Life features HTC’s highly acclaimed and groundbreaking technology “Edge Sense”.
With the feature, you can just squeeze the device to perform major tasks. You can squeeze the U11 Life to launch your favourite apps, to capture beautiful moments, to switch between back and front cameras, and so on.
HTC U11 Life DESIGN
This is definitely one of the sleekest HTC midrange smartphones I have seen in a while. Not only is it IP67 certified, but the Edge Sense feature knocks it out of the pack for me. The fingerprint sensor is mounted at the front, on the physical home screen button. U11 Life weighs just 142g and is available in Brilliant Black, Sapphire Blue, Ice White.

HTC U11 Life DISPLAY
HTC U11 Life sports a 5.2-inch Super LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 68.6% screen-to-body ratio. It has 1080 x 1920 pixels screen resolution and 424 pixels per inch density. Although the display isn’t as breathtaking as the one on the U11 Plus, it’s definitely worth the price.

Packed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset at a speed of 2.2GHz Octa-core Cortex-A53. Providing a smooth ride all through your daily tasks, with the best performance on a midrange device. In terms of internal storage and RAM, the company created two versions. There’s one with 64GB internal storage and 4GB RAM. And the cheaper one with 32GB internal storage and 3GB RAM. HTC U11 Life runs on the latest Android 8.0 Nougat OS.
CAMERA
HTC U11 Life houses 16MP camera lens on the back, which is quite impressive. It opens on f/2.0 aperture and capturing amazing images. The camera is packed with features like phase detection autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama. The device also has the same 16MP HDR selfie camera for taking selfies of course.
BATTERY
The device is powered by a 2600mAh Non-removable battery.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
HTC U11 Life is available for Pre-order for just $389 for the 64GB ROM/4GB RAM version, that’s about N140,000 – N155,000. $349 for the 32GB ROM/3GB RAM version, that’s about N115,000 – N135,000.
