The Shenzhen, Guangdong-headquartered tech giant is clearly not resting on its oars as barely a month later, it has released another terrific product, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, which is, in fact, a flagship mobile device. As you might expect, it comes with a more powerful processor, more vivid display and other improved features.

Design and Display

The Mate 20 Pro will keep you ogling at it for long with its radiantly looking patterned glass finish, which seeks to improve your grasp on the mobile device. Designed with metals on the side, it sports a nicely laid out camera box look, which you will see on the back. This rear section contains 3 cameras, along with a centrally positioned LED flash.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro also provides a powerful display to complement its exquisite design. The smartphone offers a Quad HD+ resolution on a 6.39” inch screen. Its display type is AMOLED, featuring an iPhone Xs kind of notch.

This handset is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 980 CPU, the most recent of their chipset which is more efficient than its predecessor. The processor works in tandem with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage; though there is a variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Of course, the phone ships with the latest Android 9 Pie as well as EMUI 9.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro packs a strong 4,200mAh non-removable battery. It boasts a 40MP primary (rear) camera, in addition to a 20MP wide-angle sensor, and an 8MP telephoto camera, designed for 5X optical zoom. The device also has a 24MP selfie camera.
