iQOO Z1 is the first phone with Dimensity 1000+ SoC, arrives with 144Hz screen

iQOO is a sub-brand of Chinese tech company Vivo and they focus solely on gaming-centric smartphones. Previously released devices under the iQOO name are the Vivo iQOO Neo and iQOO Neo 3

Today, they released their newest gaming smartphone called the iQOO Z1. The smartphone is almost the same with the iQOO Neo3 5G released a few months ago. The chipset is what separates both smartphones.

The iQOO Z1 is powered by the Dimensity 1000+ SoC from MediaTek with 5G modem. To further boost the device’s performance, it features Multi-Turbo 3.5 technology and liquid cooling heat dissipation, which is capable of reducing the phone’s temperature by 10-12°C according to the company. The device runs on iQOO UI which is based on the Android 10 operating system.
