Itel S31 Unboxing review, Specs and Price

Itel S31 is an Android smartphone that is customized for those who want to take their selfie game to the next level. The Itel S31 Android smartphone is the successor to the Itel S11 which was released last year.

The S31 Smartphone arrives Phonecorridor for unboxing and quick impression. Before we unbox the Itel S31 Android smartphone, here are the quick specs of the phone.

Itel S31 Unboxing

In term of packaging, Itel S31 Android smartphone is housed in a black and red box with the inscription “Snap the best of you”. It’s quite a simple package that contains all the necessary accessories you will need to enjoy the device. It’s very light which means that the phone inside will be light too.

When you open the box, you are immediately presented with the device which is hidden inside cellophane and the screen is protected with a red sticker.

The box beneath the phone contains all the necessary accessories which are

• The wall adapter charger
• The USB cable
• The 3.5mm headphone
• And a smart pouch( quite similar to the Tecno Camon C9’s pouch)

As it’s the tradition of Itel Mobile, everything you need has been provided in the box. So you won’t need to buy earphone and pouch because those are things many phone makers don’t normally include in their package. We are quite impressed with the package of the Itel S31 Android smartphone.

Design

The Itel S31 has a minimalistic design concept, which makes the device very light in the hands. The body is made from plastic material while the back has a polished and glossy feel. The power button, volume rockers are located at the right side of the device while at the top you will find the 3.5mm audio jack positioned visibly for easy accessibility.

The front of the phone has been significantly occupied by the 5.5-inch screen which is of HD resolution, although there are visible edges at both sides. At the top of the screen, you will find the LED flash followed by the mouthpiece and the 5MP front camera. The display is bright with average sun visibility.

The 5MP rear camera is located at the extreme top of the back of the phone followed by the Dual LED flash and the speakers at the bottom. The position of the charging port which also serves the purpose of file transmission hasn’t changed from the usual location. It’s positioned majestically at the posterior end of the Itel S31. There is a tiny hole right beside it which I guess might be for noise cancellation.

What I love

1. I like the design of the phone which is very light and portable
2. The 5MP takes good photos unlike most 5MP cameras out there
3. The UI is clean and fast

Cons

The 2400mAh battery capacity seems so small to me, a 3000mAh battery capacity should have been perfect but I have not been able to put the device to maximum use to know if the battery will last a whole day or not. so expect our user experience review later.

My First impression and Quick review of the Itel S31 Android Device

Finally, Ite Mobile delivers a premium-looking device. I am totally impressed with how light and portable the Itel S31 is despite its 5.5-inch screen size. The device runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow with a simple UI which is close to Android stock UI. For once Itel gave us a bloatware-free UI. The user interphase is clean and smooth with intuitive icons. You will love how the icons are arranged.
