The Next Flagship Processor from MediaTek will be named the Dimensity 9300, according to reports from Digital Chat Station. It will be built using TSMCs N4P process, and it will be co-developed by Vivo and MediaTek. The chipset might be first used on the upcoming Vivo X100.

The N4P process used on the Dimensity 9300 comes with significant improvements in terms of performance over the N5P. It includes an 11% increase in performance compared to the N5, which is a 6% improvement compared to the N4.
In terms of power efficiency, there is a 22% improvement and a 6% increase in transistor density. These improvements make the Dimensity 9300 a chipset to reckon with in the Mobile SOC market.
The chipset has an ultra-large, big core, and small core layout. It is expected that the Ultra large core will be the Cortex X4, the big core will be Cortex A715, and the small core will be Cortex A515.
