The Plus version could easily compete with most flagship devices, thanks to its 128GB storage and 6GB RAM version. The battery capacity was increased as well as the screen size. Let’s see what the Moto G6 Plus is all about.

DESIGN
First of all, there’s no major difference with the Moto G6 in terms of design, except the size obviously. Nonetheless, it sports a Metal back with an Aluminium frame, Motorola style. The fingerprint scanner isn’t at the rear like the new smartphones in the E series.
The foundation at the top corner houses the dual rear cameras, as usual, they sit side by side each other with a LED flash underneath. However, it measures 8mm in thickness, which is slimmer than the G6. Weighs the same 167g and available in Gold, Deep Indigo and Nimbus colour.
DISPLAY
The G6 Plus sports the same 18:9 aspect ratio screen on its sibling but the screen is bigger. The narrow bezels are extremely tiny here, while the top houses the usual features. At the bottom bezel, we can see the Motorola sign and a physical home button which doubles as a fingerprint scanner.
The 5.9 HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which has a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels delivers immersive visuals no doubt, with a pixel per inch density of 409. Be ready to enjoy your movies and games with this beauty as it stretches up to 74.4% screen-to-body ratio.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
A much powerful Snapdragon 630 chip from Qualcomm is in charge here having an octa-core processor with 64-bit CPU architecture. The Octa-core processor here reaches an impressive clock speed of 2.2GHz with 14nm process technology.

The dual 12 MP + 5 MP rear shooters have f/1.7 and f/2.2 aperture respectively. Features that come with the dual cams are phase detection autofocus, dual-LED dual-tone flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto-HDR and others. Record videos of 2160p at 30fps, while the 8MP selfie shooter has f/2.2 aperture with LED flash.
