“ig9ite,” formerly known as “my9mobile app,” is a one-of-a-kind Etisalat app for its customers. The ig9ite app can be customized to reflect ownership and does not require data to function. The ig9ite app is available for free download from the Google Play Store for Android users and the Apple Store for iPhone users.

How to Buy Airtime Using a Debit Card
- At the top of the home page, click Airtime.
- Click Debit Card, enter the amount of airtime to be purchased, and then click Recharge.
- To confirm your purchase request, tap Proceed.
- Select your preferred Debit Card (Master/Visa).
- Input Card Information (card number, expiring date, security code)
- To verify the payment, click Pay.
How to Buy Airtime Using Your Account
- At the top of the home page, click Airtime.
- Choose a bank account
- Enter the amount of airtime you want to buy, then click Proceed to confirm the purchase.
- Click Proceed after selecting your preferred bank (your phone number must be linked to the bank account).
- To confirm the purchase, enter the last six digits of your ATM card.
How to Use the ig9ite App to Buy Data
- At the top of the home page, select data.
- Click Data Bundles
- Choose the data bundle that best suits your needs.
- Select for Self or For Others to gift someone data
- Choose between Airtime or Bank Card as a payment method.
- Select your Activation Mode (One-off or auto-renewal)
- To complete the transaction, tap Proceed.
