Netflix Introduces a Two-Thumbs-Up Rating System For Movies And TV Shows

Netflix is always adding new features to make their users get better experience. The company is now adding a Two Thumbs Up button to the existing Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down buttons. Netflix members can now give a dislike, like, or adore rating to the movie or episode they just completed watching.

This new Two Thumbs Up button will let Netflix know that you “love” the content rather than merely “like” it.

Netflix will then utilize this information to fine-tune Netflix’s recommendations even more, according to theverge.com.

On Netflix’s TV, Android, and iPhone platforms, as well as on Netflix.com on the Web, the new rating indicator will be visible alongside the Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down buttons starting today.

For a long time, Netflix has used Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down buttons in place of its five-star rating system, which is easy to understand.
