According to data obtained from the International Data Corporation (IDC), Pocophone F1 was the best-selling smartphone in India, with more than INR 15,000 recorded as online sales in Q4 2018.
The MD at Xiaomi India, Manu Jain, made a cheeky celebratory post on Twitter, stating that “The Champion of Speed doesn’t settle for 2nd place.”
As an aside: Poco ran a promotion that ended yesterday, offering the 6GB/128GB variant for sale for INR 21,000, which usually goes for INR 23,000.
