DESIGN
What a beauty to behold, Oukitel isn’t here to play at all. They are getting better by the day and I’m loving it. The smartphone is more than beautiful with a dual rear camera and rear fingerprint scanner.
The rear cameras are placed vertically at the top left, with the LED flash beside it. The aluminium alloy plus glass-covered device measures 8.8mm slim. Mix 2 is water and dust resistant, so you don’t need to worry about rainy days.
DISPLAY
This smartphone is so bezel-less, the selfie camera and front flash were placed underneath the screen. The device has no top and side bezel-less, as Oukitel achieved an 88.38% screen to body ratio.
The 5.99-inch IPS LCD screen has a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels. It has 403 pixels per inch density, bringing the display to life.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
Working underneath the device is the MediaTek Helio P25 chipset, with Octa-Core 2.39GHz processor. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat for a faster experience and an ARM Mali-T880 MP2 GPU.
Multitask heavy apps with 6GB of RAM, there’s also a cheaper version of 4GB RAM. For storing files and large games, there’s a 64GB internal storage space upgradeable to 512GB.
CAMERA
At the back, there’s a dual 21MP + 2MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, autofocus and other quality features.
For selfies, there’s a 13MP selfie camera with front LED flash below the screen. Oukitel claims the selfie camera takes the best selfies ever from an Oukitel device.
