Realme 3 Pro Design And Display
Realme 3 Pro has a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display, 0.08-inch bigger than the Realme 3. The display uses the 19:9 aspect ratio with a water drop notch to hold the front-facing camera. On top of the display is a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for screen protection while the back/body is made of plastic.
Still on the back of the device is the dual camera setup, a fingerprint sensor and the Realme name. Overall, the device weighs 172grams, measures 8.3mm in thickness and comes in colours Carbon Gray, Nitro Blue and Lightning Purple. It also has a dual SIM card slot and a dedicated MicroSD card for additional storage.
Oppo Realme 3 Pro Camera Review
We have a total of 3 cameras on the Realme 3 Pro. The ones at the rear consist of a main 16MP camera with an f/1.7 aperture and dual pixel PDAF accompanied by a secondary 5MP depth sensor camera with an f/2.4 aperture. Features of the rear camera include an LED flash, HDR and the ability 4K videos at 30fps, 1080p videos at 30/60/120fps and 720p videos at 960fps slow-mo. There is also gyro-EIS. In the notch compartment up front is the 25MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture, HDR and can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.
Hardware and Software
The SoC used here on the Oppo Realme 3 Pro is most likely the highlight of the device as it used a Snapdragon 710 SoC and might quite possibly be the cheapest smartphone rocking this Chipset. The Chipset has an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz and an Adreno 616 GPU for gaming. It has two RAM options, Two storage options but three configurations. The one with 4GB of RAM comes with 64GB of internal storage while the one with 6GB of RAM comes with either 64GB or 128GB of storage. All configurations come with a dedicated MicroSD card slot which can be used to increase the storage up to 256GB. It runs Realme’s ColorOS 6 out of the box which is based on the latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
Battery & Network Connectivity
The 4,045mAh battery on the Oppo Realme 3 Pro is actually a little be smaller than the 4,230mAh used in the previous Realme 3. However, thanks to the efficiency of the Snapdragon 710 SoC, battery performance should be around the same or slightly better than the predecessor. The new Oppo Realme 3 Pro also comes with a 20W VOOC 3.0 fast battery charging which can give a 50% charge in 30mins. Unfortunately, the device still uses the outdated microUSB port with support for USB On The Go. Other features of this device include 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, WiFi direct, WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, FM radio and of course, our beloved 3.5mm jack.

Realme 3 Pro has a price tag of 14,000 INR for the base model with 4GB/64GB which is approximately $200 and can go as high as 17,000 INR for the 6GB/128GB configuration which approximately $250.
