Realme has released a new entry-level smartphone – the Realme C3. The device which is a direct successor to the 2019’s Realme C2 features a bigger battery capacity and display. Despite the improvements in specs, Realme ensure that the smartphone will still be affordable and under $150. Design and Display
The Realme C3 has a sunrise design with an anti-fingerprint body build surface. This makes the phone much easier to hold and also prevents unwanted fingerprints or scratches. The entry-level phone comes in Frozen Blue and Blazing Red body colours. In terms of weight and dimensions, the Realme C3 comes in at 195g and measures 164.4 x 75 x 9mm. There is no fingerprint reader here just like on the predecessor.
Built around the Realme C3 is a large 6.5″ IPS LCD display with an 89.8% screen-to-body ratio. The display’s 720 x 1560 pixels resolution with 20:9 aspect ratio provides a clear and immersive experience whether you’re surfing through the internet, playing video games or watching HD movies.

The Realme C3 is the first device to be launched in India powering the MediaTek Helio G70 chipset. It comes with a HyperEngine technology that has multiple optimizations for a seamless gaming experience. The G70 chip uses a 12nm FinTET technology and features an Octa-core 2.0GHz processor and Mali-G52 GPU. The Realme C3 runs on the company’s new UI which is based on Android 10 OS and improves user experience.
Camera and Battery
Capture a variety of scenes for a perfect picture with the Realme C3’s AI dual camera. It consists of a 12MP f/1.8 main sensor with PDAF and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. The camera features Portrait Mode, Slo-Mo Video Recording, Chroma Boost and 1080p video recording. The front 5MP f/2.4 camera has a smart AI algorithm that provides personalized beauty schemes and portrait modes based on the individual.
Inside the Realme C3 is a massive 5,000 mAh battery capacity which gives you super long battery life. It is good enough to last you up to 10 hours straight of playing PUBG Mobile. The phone supports reverse charging and can be used as powerbank to charge other devices.
