Samsung introduced the Galaxy M10s to the Indian market late last year alongside the Galaxy M30s. The Samsung Galaxy M10s comes with mid-tier specs, affordable price tag and of course large battery capacity. The device is another proof of Samsung success in the entry-level and mid-range segment of the market for like a year now. The Galaxy M10s offers a major improvement to Galaxy M10 which debuted in January 2019.

Design
Upfront, the Galaxy smartphone features an Infinity-U display with the selfie camera featured inside the waterdrop notch. Moving to the back, we are greeted with a dual-camera system, LED flash, fingerprint reader and the Samsung brand name. The device is available in only two body colours; Stone Blue and Piano Black. The phone’s bodyweight is 169 grams and it measures 158.4 x 74.7 x 7.8 mm in dimensions. The phone features the 3.5mm headphone jack.
Display
The Galaxy M10s boost of a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED panel with 88%+ screen-to-body ratio. The display features a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 720 x 1560 pixels resolution and 268 pixels per inch density. This is a solid display spec for a device under $130.
Hardware and Software
Inside the Galaxy M10s is the Exynos 7884B chipset with an Octa-core processor clocking at 1.6GHz. For graphics, the chipset uses Mali-G71 MP2 graphics processing unit. The memory configuration is of 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. This M-series smartphone runs on Samsung’s One UI skin, which is laid on top of Android 9 Pie.
Camera
The camera department of the Galaxy M10s is exactly the same as the Galaxy M10. The rear camera module is home to a 13MP f/1.9 main shooter with an ultra-wide-angle 5MP f/2.2 shooter. Underneath this module is the LED flash. The selfie camera features an 8MP snapper with f/2.0 aperture and HDR. Both front and back cameras feature a video recording resolution of 1080p at 30fps.
Price, Availability and Battery
Battery-wise, the device comes with a non-removable Li-ion 4,000 mAh capacity that supports fast charging 15W technology over the USB Type-C connector. The Samsung Galaxy M10s is available in India for INR8,999, in the US for $126 and Nigeria for N54,000.
