The tablet comes with a 10.5 inches Super AMOLED display, 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio and 287 PPI density. Under the display is the fingerprint reader for biometric security.
Surprisingly, the Galaxy S6 comes with the dual rear camera setup. There aren’t too many Android tablets with such camera setup. The camera consists of a 13MP f/2.0 wide sensor and 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide sensor. You’ll be able to record 4K resolution video at 30 frames per second. At the front is an 8MP f/2.0 selfie shooter that can record 1080p video at 30 frames per second.
Underneath the tablet is the latest Snapdragon 855 SoC and paired with either 6/128GB or 8/256GB memory configuration. MicroSD slot is available up to 1TB for additional storage. It runs on One UI custom skin on top Android 9.0 Pie.
The Stylus pen (S-pen) of the Galaxy S6 has similar functions like the one of the Galaxy Note 9. The S-pen can be used for taking photos and also act as a remote control for your multimedia player. The pen takes about ten minutes to charge its 0.35 mAh battery which lasts up to 10 hours. The tablet itself comes with a 7040 mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
The device is available in Mountain Gray, Cloud Blue, and Rose Blush. And pricing starts at $649 for the 6/128GB configuration and $729 for the 8/256GB configuration.
