The Tecno Camon 20 Premier is set to be the next camera-centric phone from Tecno. It will be an upgrade from the Tecno Camon 19 Pro 5G released last year. The new phone comes with a 108MP wide camera and a 50MP primary camera; there will also be a 2MP macro lens at the back of the phone. It is expected to come with a plastic build and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The display will be a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution. It is expected to peak at 1000 nits of brightness outdoors. The display is an upgrade coming from the Tecno Camon 19 Pro. It came with an IPS LCD, even though the last phone before the Camon 19 came with an AMOLED display. The Tecno Camon 20 Premier display is one of its major selling points.
It will come running on Android 13 out of the box, and we expect the latest HIOS skin. The Tecno Camon 20 Premier will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 with up to 8GB RAM and 512GB storage space. That will be the highest storage space on a camon series phone. Performance will not be an issue because the chipset is gaming efficient.
The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 45 Watts of fast charging support. The battery should last an entire day on a single charge.
