Tecno Camon iClick was launched in India as the upgraded version of the Tecno Camon I smartphone. The Camon iClick looks a lot like the Camon X and X Pro, well, that’s because the iClick comes with the features of the Camon X smartphones but for the Indian Market.
Internally, the iClick packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage like the Camon X Pro, but has the same 20MP AI-powered selfie camera on the Camon X. This means the Camon iClick bridges the gap between the Camon X and X Pro, bringing AI on-board.

DESIGN
It looks exactly like the Camon X and X Pro, boasting of a Metal and Plastic Mix body. The dual antenna lines also made its way to the device to add its flair and sleekness to it. Let’s not forget the Gold finishing, which makes the device more stunning.
If you don’t want to use the Face ID technology the device comes with, there’s a fingerprint scanner that grants you fast access as well. The rear camera and Quad-LED flash are horizontal at the top left corner. When you turn over to the sides, it measures 7.8mm in thickness, weighs just 158g and available in Black and Champagne colours only.
DISPLAY
The smartphone from the front looks exactly like the Camon X as well, the screen dishes out an 18:9 aspect ratio for the full view experience. The narrow bezels are still as tiny as possible, however, the top and bottom bezel is somewhat thick.
Talking about the screen, the 6-inch HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen displays standard visuals. Boasting of 1440 x 720 pixels in resolution and 268 pixels per inch density, the screen also stretches up to 77.52% screen-to-body ratio as well.
HARDWARE and SOFTWARE
Tecno Camon iClick uses the Helio P23 from MediaTek. The octa-core processor here clocks at a smooth speed of 2.0GHz with 16nm process technology, for fast performance. Handling graphics is the ARM Mali-G71 MP2 graphics processor which has 2-Cores and clocks at 700MHz.
Only one version is available here, which is the standard 4GB of RAM with a memory speed of 1.6GHz for all your heavy multitasking needs. While for storage, 64GB storage space is available and you can upgrade further up to 256GB. The Tecno Camon iClick runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with HiOS 3.3 skin.
CAMERA
Camon iClick sports a 16MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture which captures stunning images. There’s a Quad-LED flash as well to help you out in low light environments. That’s not all, the device brings AI-based features like AI Auto Scene recognition, AI Beauty, AI Bokeh, AI Soft Flashlight and other AI camera modes. The 20MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture is AI-powered as well.
