The Tecno Phantom V Fold is going to be the first foldable phone from Tecno. It is expected to come with an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is going to have a premium glass build with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It is expected that the glass will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. The inner display is going to have a size of 7.1 inches with a 1080p resolution while the outer display will be sized at 5.54 inches. It is also going to have a resolution 2k.

The main camera of the Tecno Phantom V fold is 50MP and there will be a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP telephoto lens. It is going to have similar camera configurations to the Tecno Phantom X2. The selfie camera is going to be 32MP and the rear camera can shoot 4K videos while the front-facing can shoot 1080p only.
It runs on Android 13 out of the box and the Interface is also going to be HIOS 13. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ with 12GB RAM and 256GB base storage. Performance won’t be an issue on the phone, the Dimensity 9000+ is a capable chipset. That is the chip found on the Tecno Phantom X2 Pro.
The battery is going to be 5160mAh and it is going to support 45 Watts of fast charging. It will be capable of lasting a complete day on a single charge.
