When it comes to design, both smartphones are literally identical, with no major differences. They both sport the sleek and curved dual antenna lines at the top and bottom corner. The camera sits at the top middle, with the dual-LED flash underneath, while the fingerprint scanner follows suit.
However, the Pouvoir 2 Pro has a Metallic body which feels more smooth and sleek as well. While the Pouvoir 2 comes with a Plastic-like body that’s very comfortable to hold and operate. They both measure 8.5 mm in thickness and available in City Blue, Midnight Black and Champagne Gold.

The Pouvoir 2 and Pouvoir 2 Pro were made specifically for big screen lovers. They both have the same massive 6-inch HD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which is tall enough. The screen boasts of 720 x 1440 pixels in resolution and 269 pixels per inch density, displaying stunning visuals.

The Pouvoir 2 houses the MediaTek MT6737 chip with Quad-Core processor which clocks at 1.3GHz. While ARM Mali-T720 MP2 graphics processor handles graphics. The Pouvoir 2 Pro, on the other hand, houses the much powerful MediaTek MT6750 with Octa-Core processor clocking at 1.5GHz. The ARM Mali-T860 MP2 graphics processor controls graphics on the Pouvoir 2 Pro as well.
Furthermore, the Pouvoir 2 packs 2GB of RAM with 16GB storage space, which is upgradeable up to 128GB. While the Pouvoir 2 Pro comes with a bigger 3GB of RAM but has the same 16GB storage space, upgradeable as well up to 128GB. Since they are both running on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo, the Pouvoir 2 Pro will be much faster with its octa-core processor and 3GB of RAM.

The Tecno Pouvoir 2 is available on Jumia from N45,000 to N47,000. While the Pouvoir 2 Pro is not yet available but is expected to retail starting from N50,000 to N55,000. The extra N5000+ will totally worth it if you’re going for the Pro, you’ll be getting four more cores of processor, a bigger RAM space, better selfie camera and fast charging capability.
CONCLUSION
The Pouvoir 2 smartphone comes with impressive specs no doubt, but if you’re a somewhat heavy user then you should go for the Pro. That extra 1GB of RAM will come in handy, it takes more than 1GB of RAM to run Android 8.1 Oreo effortlessly and you don’t want to be left with just 1GB for heavy multitasking.

Mine is Pouvoir 2 with 3GB ram..but the battery drains too fast
I parsonaly love pouvoir2 pro but it doesn’t support otg cable,
this is really ok the both phones are ok you just have to go for what your money can buy
very little differences to be noticed but they both share a 5000mah battery in common, and that’s a good spec.
i personally think the major difference is the ram size, but both devices are very good to me.
