Uhans Max 2 is an Android 7.0 Nougat-powered device from Chinese Smartphone maker, Uhans. It is a 6.44-inch device and has some exciting specs for the price it is being sold for. I got a review unit from GearBest, one of the top E-commerce sites in the world and I will be unboxing the device right away.
The device took about 7 days to arrive from China and the delivery was handled by DHL. So let get started to see what is inside the Uhans Max 2.

The device is housed in a dark-coloured rectangular box with the name of the brand written on it. When you turn the box to the other side, there you will find the Specs of the phone clearly written
When you remove the First box, you are immediately greeted with the device covered with a moisture-resistant nylon. It is a simple package I must confess. And some accessories like pouch and earphone are not included.

Like I said earlier, it is a 6.44-inch phablet and is a bit heavy. I am thinking it is because of the huge battery.
The device runs on Stock android 7.0 Nougat with no bloatware installed at all. When I powered it on there is already a software update which Uhans said will improve the camera and software performance of the device.

The Uhans Max 2 has a physical home button that serves as the fingerprint scanner as well.
At the right side of the Uhans Max 2, you will see three physical buttons. The first one houses the SIM and memory card slot. Let’s I forget to say this, it is a hybrid SIM slot meaning you can either use two Micro-SIMs or a micro SIM and a Memory card.
At the top, you will find the 3.5mm audio jack
At the posterior end, you have the charging port flanked in between the two speaker grills.
Alert-Only one of the speaker grills is actually for sound while the second one is just for aesthetics.
At the back of the device is located the dual cameras comprising a 13MP + 2MP setup. I am yet to see the function of the second 2MP camera though. In between the dual cameras is the LED flash.
Uhans Max 2-My First impression
The Uhans Max 2 Android smartphone is a solidly built device with massive 6.44-inch with Full HD display. I love the fact that it runs bloatware-free stock Android 7.0 Nougat. The display is crisp and audio quality is decent especially if using a headphone. If you are the type that loves to play games a lot you will enjoy the huge screen with its minimal bezels. The browsing experience is good and it comes with 4G LTE internet connectivity.
However, I do not like the quality of the camera on the phone and how heavy it feels in the hands. With time one might get used to it. But considering a device that costs just $139.99 with mouth-watering specs like 4GB RAM, 64GB of internal storage and an octa-core MediaTek 6750T processor, it is no doubt a worthy value for money smartphone.
