Vivo V5 Plus has been officially unveiled. The device runs on Funtouch OS on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. One would have expected VIVO to ship the device with the latest android operating system which is Android Nougat. But hopefully the Vivo V5 Plus can be upgraded to Android Nougat.
In the processing department, Vivo V5 Plus is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC processor clock at 2.0GHz. It’s paired with 4GB of RAM which should be more than enough for seamless multitasking operation.The Vivo V5 provides a large internal storage of 64GB and an option for extension to 128GB.
Camera and Connectivity
The major highlight of Vivo V5 Plus is the front camera that boasts of the world’s first 20Mega Pixel + 8MP dual camera setup. The 20-megapixel camera has a Sony IMX376 1/2.78-inch sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. The second camera on at front which is 8-megapixel adds a kind of bokeh effect and depth-of-field. Both cameras are capable of taking pictures in low light and daylight.
