Oppo just concluded its Find X3 series event where they announced four new smartphones including this year’s flagship – Find X3 Pro. The two most affordable ones in the series are the Find X3 Neo and Find X3 Lite.
Oppo Find X3 Neo
This is a device that features a 6.5″ curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, HDR10 and 90Hz refresh rate. The display hosts a fingerprint reader and a punch-hole 32MP selfie camera. Around the back is a quad camera setup – a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, a 13MP telephoto sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor.
Powering the Oppo phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chip which is married with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. On the software front, the device runs on the Android 11 operating system with ColorOS 11.1 on top.
The Oppo Find X3 Neo packs a 4,500 mAh battery capacity with 65W wired fast charging. It comes in Galactic Silver and Starlight Black body colours. Sales will begin on April 14 with pricing set at £699/€815/$975.
Oppo Find X3 Lite
The Lite’s specs have been watered down which is to be expected. It features a smaller display measuring 6.4″. And relies on a Snapdragon 765G chipset with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The selfie cam remains the same as the Neo. While the rear camera consists of a 64MP main lens, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP depth lens and a 2MP macro lens.
The Oppo Find X3 Lite is the only model in the series with a headphone jack. The battery capacity is 4,300 mAh which is just 200 mAh short compared to its siblings.
It is available in Astral Blue, Galactic Silver, and Starry Black. The Oppo Find X3 Lite retails at £399/€465/$560.
