Chinese smartphone maker OPPO has announced their 2021 flagship smartphones – Find X3 and X3 Pro. And as expected, there are only a few differences between both devices.
The Oppo Find X3 series is built around a 6.7″ LTPO AMOLED display with a 1440p resolution and 5Hz-120Hz refresh rate. The punch-hole on the display houses a 32MP selfie camera.
Moving to the back, we have a quad-camera module that features a main 50MP Sony IMX766 wide lens with f/1.8 aperture and OIS. The other three are a 50MP Sony IMX766 ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture and 110° FoV, a 13MP f/2.4 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and a 3MP f/3.0 macro lens. The camera setup can shoot 4K videos at 30 and 60 frames per second.
The key differences between the Oppo Find X3 and Find X3 Pro is in the hardware. The Find X3 is powered by a 7nm Snapdragon 870 chip with 8GB of RAM. While the Find X3 Pro has the latest 5nm Snapdragon 888 chip with 12GB RAM.
Battery-wise, the Oppo Find X3 series packs a non-removable 4,500 mAh capacity. They both support a SuperVOOC 65W wired and an AirVOOC 30W wireless charging. According to Oppo, it takes just 80 minutes to charge from 0 to 100% with the AirVOOC charging and 30 minutes for the SuperVOOC charging.
The Oppo Find X3 is available for pre-order on JD.com in White, Black and Blue body colours while shipping to start on March 19. The base 8/128GB config. is priced at CNY 4,499 while the 8/256GB costs CNY 4,999.
Meanwhile, the Oppo Find X3 Pro comes in two body colour options – Gloss Black and anti-glare Blue Matte. Its single memory configuration of 12/256GB costs €1,149 while shipping starts March 30.
