Take note of this, you must use the phone number that you registered when opening your EcoBank account. Sending the balance inquiry message with any other phone number will not work.

  12. I tried the *326*0# code to check my account balance, it did not work. It displayed an error message. Meanwhile, my phone account was debited with N5 for using the code.

  14. It’s high time ECOBANK learnt from others banks like GTB easy way of transfering money via mobile. In GTB, you dont need to go and register at any GTB branch. Your *326# is not working.
