Cubot J3 Pro was introduced alongside the Cubot J3, the Pro version brings along lots of improvements and features than what we saw on the J3. One of its highlights is the iPhone X-like dual shooters at the top left corner.
It’s still equipped with the bezel-less display, but only bigger. A faster Quad-core processor and a rear fingerprint scanner. Basically, you get everything on the initial version and a little top-up.

CUBOT J3 PRO DESIGN
You can hardly tear them apart, it has exactly the same design with its little sibling. Sporting a Plastic-like body with a touch of aluminium alloy. There’s now a fingerprint scanner at the rear, Cubot claims it unlocks the device in just 0.1s.
Whatever is going on at the top left corner really worked for the design. The dual rear shooters are vertical with the LED flash coming underneath. It still measures 8.8mm in thickness and available in Black, Gray and Blue colors.
CUBOT J3 PRO DISPLAY
The J3 Pro comes with a bigger screen for big screen lovers and it still retained an 18:9 aspect ratio. The screen opens up a whole new dimension to incredible visuals on full screen, this offers the full view experience as well, with little bezels.
The bigger 5.5-inch FWVGA+ capacitive touchscreen will bring out your games and videos nicely. Don’t expect magic, it has the same resolution of 960 x 480 pixels but a lower pixel per inch density of 195.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
Cubot brought on a much better MediaTek MT6739 chip, this offers a 10% increase in performance even though it was built on a 28nm process technology. Its Quad-core processor now clocks at a faster speed of 1.5GHz. While the PowerVR GE8100 graphics processor dominates graphics.
It still has the same 1GB of RAM, but the good thing is, it runs on Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition which is very lightweight with a lot of Go apps. While for storage, you get the same 16GB storage space and you can expand up to 128GB anytime you want as well.
CUBOT J3 PRO CAMERA
Cubot added another camera at the rear to help out with your photographs. The cameras come with lots of quality features including advanced image algorithms and it takes photographs in 0.3 seconds. The 5MP HD camera has autofocus and beauty mode for the best selfies, with Face ID support.

The Cubot J3 Pro is powered by a non-removable Li-Po 2800mAh battery with no fast charging technology.
