Cubot X18 Plus DESIGN
Looks beautiful on the outside as it does on the inside, with a dual rear camera. The two cameras were horizontally placed in the top middle, with the fast fingerprint sensor underneath. The LED flashlight is beside the cameras as usual and the Cubot logo at the bottom.
Overall, it also sports curved edges like its predecessor and measures 8.55 mm slim. The cute device weighs about 180g and available in Blue and Black colours only.
DISPLAY
It boasts of a 5.99-inch FHD+ bezel-less screen with 2160 x 1080 pixels in resolution. The brilliant display has 403 pixels per inch density and an almost 90% screen to body ratio.
This affordable device has one of the best screens ever for its price. The X18 Plus has no side bezels and slim top and bottom bezels. Which I’m hoping the company would get rid of in their next phone upgrade.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
Under this beauty lies the MediaTek MT6750T chipset and Octa-core processor clocking at 1.5 GHz. Boasting of a Mali T860 MP2 graphics processing unit and 4GB RAM for smooth multitasking and overall performance.
The X18 Plus comes with a bigger 64GB internal storage for you to store more. Even if that isn’t enough, you can always upgrade to 128GB using MicroSD.
CAMERA
From 16MP to dual rear 20MP + 0.3MP cameras, the X18 Plus takes sharper images than its predecessor. The rear camera comes with a f/2.2 aperture, 5p lens and its dedicated flashlight for the low light environment.
At the front, there’s an improved 13MP selfie camera, 4p lens and dedicated soft led flash. You can now take clearer and sharp selfies even in low light with the X18 Plus
