Elephone SX Design And Display

Merely looking the device, it’s has a somewhat similar look to the Google Pixel smartphones with simple black and white colour mixture. The body is made of plastic with aluminium frame all around. Asides the black and white colour, it also comes in colours blue and Gold.

At the front is a 6.26-inch Full HD Display with 1080p screen resolution and a water drop notch to house the front facing camera. There is also a little bit of chin down below. Turning over to the back is the dual camera setup with an LED flash. Fingerprint sensor sits comfortably in the centre of the device with the Elephone logo down below.

Elephone SX Camera Review

Elephone SX has a total of three cameras; two at the back and one at the front. The one at the front is a single 16MP camera located in the water drop notch. The dual camera setup at the back consists of a 16MP main camera and a secondary 2MP camera equipped with an LED flash for low light photography.

Elephone SX Hardware and Software

Snapdragon 626 takes charge here with an octa-core processor clocking speeds of up to 2.2GHz alongside an Adreno 506 GPU for gaming. The device comes with one RAM option of 4GB and two storage options of either 64GB or 128GB which are both expandable through the dedicated MicroSD card slot. Storage can be expanded to 256GB. Android 8.1 Oreo runs on the device out of the box with Elephone Skin on top.

Battery & Network Connectivity

The device comes with a capable 4,000mAh battery which should be enough to last a whole day before needing a charge. Talking about charging, that shouldn’t take long as it also comes equipped with fast charging technology Which you get you a full charge in no time. Other features of this device includes 4G LTE connectivity, Micro USB 2.0 Port and Bluetooth 5.0 with A2DP and LE. Fingerprint sensor is also present at the back of the device and also GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS
