As the Galaxy S25 series gears up for its anticipated Q1 2025 launch, more details are emerging through leaks and rumors. Recent revelations include screen protector images suggesting even slimmer bezels and aluminum dummy units showcasing all three models with precise dimensions.
Samsung appears to be sticking with its minimalist design philosophy for the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus, while the Ultra model sees a notable design shift with its introduction of rounded corners.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will measure 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25 mm, a reduction from the S24 Ultra’s 8.6 mm thickness. It’s also slightly narrower than the previous model, decreasing from 79 mm, likely due to the thinner bezels.

One standout feature of the S25 Ultra is its completely flat display—a first for Samsung’s Ultra lineup. This design offers several benefits, including easier access to screen protectors, enhanced display protection from the middle frame, and fewer accidental touches.
Leaked screen protector images further hint at slimmer bezels across all three models.
Internally, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (or Snapdragon 8 Elite), which is expected to deliver significant improvements in performance and AI capabilities over its predecessor—though at a higher cost. While earlier rumors suggested that the base and Plus models might feature MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9400, recent reports from Sammy Fans indicate that the Snapdragon chip will now power the entire S25 lineup.
