Gionee X1s is the advanced version of the X1. The selfie-focused smartphone is not only affordable but also has some nice specs too. For a mid-range device, it basically features everything you need on a standard smartphone.

The Gionee X1s is a very light device, weighing just 166g. It measures 150.4 x 73.5 x 8.8 mm, with its fingerprint scanner mounted at the back for easy access. The X1s was mainly designed with metal and has a smooth finish, it’s available in Black and Gold only.

You will enjoy a very big and wider screen on the Gionee X1s, thanks to its 5.2-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. It has a 67.4% screen-to-body ratio, 720 x 1280 pixels screen resolution and 282 pixels per inch density. The X1s shows more than 16M colours, giving you a colourful viewing experience. The screen of the X1s is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Running the device is a MediaTek MT6737T chipset and a Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU. For storing files, there’s a 16GB internal storage upgradeable to 256GB with microSD. For swift multitasking and app launching, there’s 3G of RAM. The X1s runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with Gionee’s Amigo 4.0 skin on top.
