Huawei has officially unveiled its Nova 7 series which features three smartphones; Nova 7, Nova 7 SE and Nova 7 Pro. All three phones under this series feature 5G connectivity, 4,000 mAh battery with 40W fast wired charging and 64MP main camera.
The Nova 7 Pro
The smartphone is built around a 6.57-inch OLED display with curved edges. The display features FHD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Under the display is a fingerprint sensor. The dual selfie camera (32MP & 8MP) is housed in a pill-shaped hole in the display.
The 64MP main camera at the back is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens, an 8MP periscope lens and a 2MP macro camera.
The device is powered by the Kirin 985 chip entwined with an 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage. The Huawei Nova 7 Pro will be available in Purple, Green, Black, Red and Silver body colours. Official sales begin on April 28 in China while pre-order is already made available. The base 8/128GB version costs CNY3,700/$522 while the 8/256GB version cost CNY4,100/$580.
The Nova 7
The device features a 6.53 OLED display with FHD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. A circular-shaped hole in the display houses the 32MP selfie camera. Also, underneath the display is a fingerprint scanner.
The rear camera module is quite similar with the Nova 7 Pro, the periscope lens is replaced with an 8MP telephoto lens. It also features the same chipset, memory configuration, and battery capacity with the Nova 7 Pro.
Official sales date is also on April 28 with the 8/128GB base model going for CNY3,000/$425 while the 8/256GB model costs CNY3,400/$480. The phone will be available in Green, Purple, Black, Red and Silver colours.
The Nova 7 SE
The third smartphone of the Nova 7 series comes with a 6.5-inch IPS display and a punch-hole which harbours a 16MP selfie camera. Unlike the first two, the fingerprint reader is mounted on the side.
Instead of a periscope lens like on the Nova 7 Pro or a telephoto lens like on the Nova 7, it features a 2MP depth lens as it fourth camera at the back. The device is powered by the Kirin 820 5G chipset with the same memory configurations and battery capacity as the first two.
Availablity is the same also, with the 8GB/128GB at CNY2,400/$340 while the 8/256GB goes for CNY2,800/$395. Body colour options are Black, Green, Purple, and Silver.
