DESIGN
All the P20 series looks quite identical, you need to literally get another eye to see the difference. The three rear camera magically exudes at the rear with class and style. The symmetrical aesthetics of the three rear cameras is simply breathtaking.
The dual-LED flash sits underneath the three cameras, with the Leica inscription and Huawei logo, all in a vertical format. Turning over to the sides, you can the three cameras shoot out of their shell. It will be available in the same colours like its brothers, in Blue, Black and Red.
DISPLAY
A bezel-less beauty, the P20 Pro comes bezel-less with the trending top-notch design. The notch here is super minimal as possible, exactly like the one on the P20. Dishes out the same 18.5:9 aspect ratio and offering more screen than bezels.
At the bottom corner, the bottom bezel houses a physical home button that doubles as a fingerprint scanner. While the 6.1-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen displays like a true flagship. Boasts of 1080 x 2244 pixels in resolution and 408 pixels per inch density for sharp visuals.
HARDWARE and SOFTWARE
The HiSilicon Kirin 970 from Huawei is in charge here with an Octa-core processor. The 8-cores of processor reaches a speed of 2.4 GHz for fast overall performance. Furthermore, it has a 64-bit CPU architecture, 10nm process technology and, Mali-G72 MP12 GPU graphics processor.
In the storage and RAM department, there are two versions. There’s the standard version with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM for multitasking. Then the much affordable version comes with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM. However, the RAM on both versions reaches a memory speed of 1.866 GHz, while the storage space is upgradeable up to 256GB. The P20 Pro also runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box with EMUI skin.
CAMERA
At the rear, there are three 40MP + 20MP + 8MP cameras. The 40MP and 20MP has a f/1.8 and f/1.7 apertures respectively, while the 8MP has a f/2.4 aperture. The three cameras have Leica Optics, 5X Lossless Zoom, dual-LED flash and other features, capturing high-resolution images. Take photographs with 5164 x 3873 pixels in dimension and record videos of 2160 pixels and 1080 pixels at 30fps and 60fps respectively. For selfies, the 24MP selfie camera that has f/2.0 aperture.
BATTERY
The Huawei P20 Pro is powered by a Non-removable Li-Po 400mAh battery with fast charging technology.
