In today’s post, we’ll be comparing the Infinix Hot 10 vs Tecno Spark 6. The essence of this is to figure out the difference between these two smartphones. And in case you’re not aware, Tecno Mobile and Infinix Mobility have the same parent company – Transsion Holdings. This means they have access to mostly the same technology, so it’s not surprising that they are releasing phones that are similar in some ways. This comparison will help potential buyers when it comes to deciding which one to opt for based on preference.
Design
The design of both the Infinix Hot 10 and Tecno Spark 6 is somewhat different, even though they both sport a punch-hole display. The rear camera module of the Spark 6 is in circular shape while that of the Hot 10 is in square shape.
The Tecno Spark 6 is the thicker one with a measurement of 9.2mm while the Infinix Hot 10 measures just 8.9mm. In terms of body colours, you can get the Tecno Spark 6 in Ocean Blue, Misty Violet, Comet Black and Dynamic Orange. While for the Infinix Hot 10, we have Obsidian Black, Moonlight Jade, Ocean Wave, and Amber Red.
Display
There really isn’t any difference between both phones in the display department. But I guess one can make an argument for the display size which according to the official specs is 6.8-inch for the Tecno Spark 6 and 6.78-inch for the Infinix Hot 10. It will be hard to tell the difference though with an eye test. Regardless, their display features a 720 x 1640 pixels resolution with 20.5:9 aspect ratio and 264 pixels per inch density.
Hardware and Software
Both the Tecno Spark 6 and Infinix Hot 10 are powered by the same MediaTek Helio G70 chipset which features an Octa-core processor clocking at 2.0 GHz. There is no difference in their memory configuration as they both feature up to 6GB RAM /128GB ROM.
In the software department, both phones run on Google’s Android 10 operating system. Each company has its own UI incorporated with the OS. The Tecno Spark 6 features HiOS 7.0 UI while the Infinix Hot 10 has XOS 7.0 UI.
Camera
The camera setup is the same on both smartphones. At the back is a 16MP main lens along with a macro lens, depth lens and an AI lens. Every feature in the camera is backed by Artificial Intelligence – AI Beauty, AI Body Shaping, AI Scene Recognition, AI HDR, AR Sticker, Animoji and lots more. Moving to the front, we have an 8MP AI selfie camera which has an intelligent facial algorithm.

Battery
There is a slight difference in the battery department. On paper, the Infinix Hot 10 has the bigger battery capacity at 5,200 mAh while the Tecno Spark 6 has a 5,000 mAh. The Spark 6, however, supports an 18W Flash Charge to quickly juice up the battery. While there is no mention of fast charging support for the Infinix Hot 10.
Verdict
Based on what we have here, the Tecno Spark 6 is slightly better than the Infinix Hot 10 as it supports 18W fast charging. While the Infinix Hot 10 does have a slightly larger battery capacity, it isn’t enough to place it above its counterpart.
