TECNO Spark 6 Full Phone Specs and Price

Tecno Mobile has announced a new smartphone from the Spark family. The new Tecno Spark 6 will enter the market less than six months after the release of its predecessor – Tecno Spark 5. While some of the specs remained the same (e.g. the 5,000 mAh battery), the Tecno Spark 6 comes with some upgrades that promise to make it worthy to purchase. One of those upgrades is the gaming-oriented mid-range chipset – MediaTek Helio G70 and the support for fast charging.

Design and Display

The Tecno Spark 6 comes in a trendy design that showcases both passion and fashion. The rear camera module has a new look – circular-shaped with a fingerprint reader just underneath it. The front side features a display with a punch-hole cutout that houses the selfie camera. The phone comes in four attractive body colours – Ocean Blue, Dynamic Orange, Misty Violet, and Comet Black.

Here we have a 6.8″ Dot-in display with 20.5:9 aspect ratio and 720 x 1640 pixels resolution. The display technology offers a good balance between comfortable grip and better viewing experience. It features 480 nits brightness and 264 pixels per inch density.

Hardware and Software

Powering the Tecno Spark 6 is the MediaTek Helio G70 chipset with an Octa-core 2.0 GHz processor. The chipset is paired with a 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. This setup offers a fluent and stable user experience with an improved CPU performance of up to 60% and the GPU performance of up to 26%. You get to enjoy your favourite games without worrying about any lag.

Handling the software department of the Spark 6 is Google’s Android 10 operating system with Tecno’s HiOS 7.0 slapped on top of it.

Experience a whole new level of photography and video shooting with the AI Quad camera of the Tecno Spark 6. The camera module consists of a 16MP f/1.8 main lens with 8X digital zoom, a 2MP macro lens, a 2MP depth control lens and an AI lens. Photos are taken in high definition thanks to its AI photography technology and AR interaction. For selfies, the Tecno Spark 6 uses an 8MP AI camera with fully developed facial algorithms. Both the front and rear camera supports an Intelligent Adaption Video beautify mode. It is designed to adapt to different skin effects and individual features, making you more elegant and gorgeous in the video.  

The Tecno Spark 6 packs a non-removable 5,000 mAh battery capacity and supports an 18W Flash Charge. With this capacity, you are sure to stay active on your phone for a longer time.
