Infinix Released its first 5G smartphone in 2021 and they have since released a couple of 5G phones. They recently announced a new 5G phone in the Infinix Zero 2023. The phone has a standout design with a unique camera bump. It comes with a plastic build and it’s okay since it is a budget phone. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It comes in different colors and the orange one is the best one for me.
The phone has a flat IPS LCD display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a Full HD+ and the bezels around the phone are commendable for its price point. The phone has a peak brightness of over 500nits and it might be a problem to see on a sunny day. It is responsive to touch because it has over 240Hz touch sampling rate and colors are quite accurate. The Infinix Zero 2023 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 and it has 8GB RAM and 256GB storage space. They also added a space to expand the storage space.
It runs on Android 12 and XOS 12 is the user interface. The interface has been refined and it is much cleaner with fewer bloat wares. It comes with a feature pack and there are a lot of customizations you can do on the phone. The main camera is 50MP and there are additional 2MP lenses for depth and macro photography. It comes with a 16MP selfie camera and it can shoot 4K videos with the rear camera and 1080p with the front camera. You also get a headphone jack and a loudspeaker on the phone which is a great addition.
The Infinix Zero 2023 has a 5000mAh battery and it supports 33Watts fast charging.
