Sharp Aquos D10 is official, See Full Specs, Review and Price

Sharp Aquos D10 has been introduced in Berlin to complete the B10 and C10 lineup we reported earlier. The D10 is powered by the Snapdragon 636 chipset and comes with a notch.

Furthermore, the mid-range beast packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage space. It also sports dual rear camera at the top left corner as well. Lets see what else the Aquos D10 has to offer.

Design And Display

The D10 looks absolutely stunning and reminds us of the Aquos S3 which was introduced months ago. The body was built with aluminium alloy for a more sleek look, while the fingerprint scanner stays in the middle.

At the top left corner, we can see the dual rear camera in a vertical position while the LED flash follows underneath. It measures 8mm in thickness and weighs 165g overall. It will also be available in only black.

Turning to the front, we can see the massive notch which houses the selfie camera and speaker grille. The bottom chin is also visible and houses another Sharp logo.

It sports a tall 5.99-inch FHD+ IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which has a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and 403 pixel per inch density. It also stretches up to 84.2% screen-to-body ratio.

Hardware and Software

Powering it up is the Snapdragon 636 chip, it was built on an older 14nm process technology. Nonetheless, it comes with 8-cores of processor clocking at 1.8GHz. In the graphics department, the Adreno 509 graphics card controls graphics.

The phone is loaded with 4GB of RAM space available for multitasking. In the storage department, you also get 64GB storage space. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box as well.

It sports dual 12MP + 13MP rear camera with f/1.75 + f/2.0 aperture respectively. The cameras has a pixel size of 1.4 μm and a LED flash. While the selfie camera is pegged at 16MP with f/2.0 aperture.

The Aquos D10 supports 4G LTE connectivity and accommodates dual Nano SIMs. It also has support for Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm jack, USB Type C, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot and A-GPS, GLONASS.

The Sharp Aquos D10 is powered by a non-removable 2900mAh battery with fast charging technology. Sharp Aquos D10 will be available on shopping stores, starting from $499 to $549, that’s about (N150,000 – N170,000).
