It looks elegant in both the Midnight Black and Aqua Blue colours which are the two colours options for this device. Merely looking at the back of the device, it looks like it is made of glass but is actually plastic. The device weighs just 141grams and measures 8mm in thickness. The power button, as well as volume rockers, sit at the sides. It also has a dual SIM slot and a dedicated MicroSD card slot for additional storage.

TECNO Camon i4 Camera Review

The back of this device is pack with cameras. It had a 13MP main shooter with an f/1.8 aperture, a secondary 8MP shooter and lastly, a 2MP depth sensor camera for depth sensing. The triple camera setup is accompanied by an LED flash for low light shots. The front-facing 16MP shooter takes care of selfies with no LED flash up in the notch.

Hardware and Software

Computing on this device is done by the MediaTek Helio A22 MT6761 SoC – a Quad-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with a Mali GPU for gaming. 2GB of RAM takes care of running apps with 32GB of built-in storage for files and others stuffs. Storage space can also be expanded on this device via the MicroSD card slot on board of up to 256GB. It runs TECNO’s HIOS v4 out of the box which is based on latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system.

Battery & Network Connectivity

Keeping the lights turned on here is a 3,500mAh battery with no word on fast charging. Normal charging is done through micro USB port which can also be used for file transfer through a microUSB cable. It also has 4G LTE, WiFi, WiFi hotspot, WiFi direct, GPS, Bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack.
