Umidigi Power is another Mid-ranger from Umidigi sporting the full-screen display and a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC on the inside. It also has 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, dual rear cameras and stock Android 9.0 Pie. The power in its name most likely comes from the massive 5,150mAh battery on the inside which powers the device with an 18W fast charging. Let’s go a bit in-depth into its specifications.

UDesign And Display

To keep the cost low, the Umidigi power is made out of plastic but still looks pretty good in the two colours it comes in – Black and Gold. The display is a 6.3-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and of course, a water drop notch housing the front-facing selfie camera which can also be used for Face Unlock.

Volume buttons as well the power button are placed on the right side. At the back are the usuals – dual rear camera with an LED flash and a fingerprint sensor in its usual spot. Talking about Face Unlock, the single 16MP front-facing high-resolution camera with an f/2.0 aperture can also be used for Face Unlock. Both the front and rear camera can shoot 1080p and 720p videos at 30fps.

Umidigi Power has the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC as its processor. The SoC is an octa-core processor clocked at 2.35GHz paired with an IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU for gaming clocking speeds of up 680MHz. The is hooked up to 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM for efficient multitasking and 64GB of inbuilt storage for files. Storage space is expandable through the second SIM slot which doubles as a microSD card for additional storage. Umidigi Power runs Stock Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with no Custom Skin covering it.

The 5,150mAh battery which powers this device is probably where the “Power” in its name comes from. It is also equipped with an 18W fast battery charging through the USB Type-C port Underneath the device. It also has dual 4G LTE connectivity with Global 4G bands and VoLTE on both SIM slots.
