Wiko View Prime was launched by France based OEM alongside the Wiko View 2 and View 2 Pro during the 2018 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The device doesn’t come with the selfie notch display like the aforementioned.

Nonetheless, it dishes out an 18:9 aspect ratio screen and packs flagship specs, like 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage and dual selfie camera. The View Prime is perfect for selfie lovers, but what else does it offer? Let’s find out.

The 5.7-inch HD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen has a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels offering more screen than bezels. With 282 pixels per inch density, see all your games and movies come alive. The screen stretches up to 75.41% screen to body ratio and has GFF full lamination technology.


The Snapdragon 430 chip from Qualcomm is in charge here with 8-cores processor and 64-bit CPU architecture. The Octa-core processor clocks at 1.4GHz with 28nm process technology. Managing graphics is the Qualcomm Adreno 505 graphics processor.

A massive 4GB RAM space is available on this “midrange” device, giving true value for money. The RAM space has a memory speed of 800MHz as well, with 64GB internal storage to store up files and apps. You can always upgrade further whenever you like, up to 128GB using a memory card. The smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with modified UI.


The 16MP rear camera has f/1.8 aperture and captures 5K resolution images. The camera has a LED flash and other quality features capturing photographs with 5384 x 3752 pixels in dimension. For selfies, the dual 20MP + 8MP shooters is perfect for group selfies and will take the best natural looking selfies, according to the company.
