The launching of the Mi Max series always comes in the second quarter of the year. The Mi Max 3 was launched in July last year. Hence, we are expecting Xiaomi to launch the Mi Max 4 around the same time this year. The leak revealed that the Mi Max 4 will come with a bigger display of 7.2 inches. It means that it will come with a notched screen and a narrow chin which means that it will unleash a massive screen space. The phablet will be on the flank and the Gorilla glass will be at the front as well as on the rear. The Snapdragon chipset will be seen under the hood of the device.
Samsung ISOCELL GM1 48MP sensor will be featured at the back panel. Hopefully, we expect the device to come with a dual camera set up just like the previous models. The device will come with the latest MIUI preloaded in the Android 9 Pie OS and the device will support the Super Night Scene. It will be coming with a whopping 5,800mAh battery capacity and it will be equipped with 18W fast charging.
The Mi Max 4 is expected to come in three models; the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. The price of these models is expected to be 1,599 Yuan ($238), 1799 Yuan ($268) and 1999 Yuan ($298). That is according to today’s exchange rate.

So many online reports disclosed last year that Xiaomi will be unveiling the Mi Max 3 Pro smartphone together with Mi Max 3. However, the company did not do that. We are also expecting this Chinese phone maker to announce Pro version of the Mi Max 4 smartphone this year.
If the rumours online are accurate, it means that Mi Max 4 Pro will be an upgraded phablet since it will be powered by Snapdragon 675 and will feature a dual camera set up with 20MP and 48MP Sony IMX586 sensors. For slow motion video shooting on the Mi Max 4, the Sony is expected to bring support for the 960fps. There are rumours that there will be an in – display fingerprint scanner in the phablet. The rumour says that the device will come in 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. We have already revealed the price of the device.
With this revelation about the two devices, it shows that the Mi Max 4 and Mi Max 4 Pro is the bigger version of Redmi note 7 and Note 7 Pro. Remember that this is just a rumour. We are still waiting for the official confirmation of the rumours regarding the specifications of Mi Max 4 and Mi Max 4 Pro from Xiaomi.
