Infinix Hot 10 Play & 10 Pro Specs and Price in Nigeria

Less than six months after the release of the Infinix Hot 9 series, we have been greeted with the specs of its successor. The Infinix Hot 10 series features the Hot 10 Play and the Hot 10 Pro. Despite the short time span between them, the Hot 10 series comes with upgraded specs and features that will certainly make you want to purchase it. Design

Both Infinix smartphones come in a crystal-shape plastic body build with front glass. The major difference in terms of design is the display. The Infinix Hot 10 Pro sports a punch-hole display while the Hot 10 Play has a waterdrop notch display. Their back panel features a rectangular shaped camera module, fingerprint reader and the Infinix brand name. In terms of dimensions and weights, both Infinix smartphones measure 165.4 x 76.8 x 8.8 mm and weigh 185 grams. In terms of body colour options, they are both available in Quetzal Cyan, Violet, Ocean Wave, and Midnight Black.

Display

The display is identical on both Infinix phones. The screen measures 6.6-inch with an 82.8% screen-to-body ratio. The basic display features include 720 x 1600 pixels resolution, 266 PPI density and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Hardware and Software

Powering the Infinix Hot 10 Pro is the MediaTek Helio P22 chipset with an Octa-core 1.8GHz processor. It is married to a huge 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The graphics are handled by PowerVR GE8320 GPU while the XOS 6.0 skin on top of Android 10 OS is in charge of its software.

For the Infinix Hot 10 Play, we have a MediaTek Helio A25 chipset which also features an Octa-core processor clocking at 1.8GHz speed. This chipset is paired with a 3GB RAM and 64GB storage which is 50% smaller than what we have on the Hot 10 Pro. The graphics and software are the same as on the Hot 10 Pro.

Camera

The Infinix Hot 10 Pro packs a Quad camera system consisting of a 48MP main lens, a 2MP macro lens, a 2MP depth lens and a VGA lens. While the Infinix Hot 10 Play comes without the 2MP macro lens. The device comes in two models, the first one feature a 13MP main lens, a 2MP depth lens and a VGA lens. Whereas the second model features a 16MP main lens along with a 2MP depth lens and VGA lens. For selfies, both phones make use of the same 8MP camera.

Battery  

Battery-wise, the Infinix Hot 10 Pro packs a 5,000 mAh battery capacity while the Infinix Hot 10 Play sports a bigger 6,000 mAh. Sadly, they don’t support fast charging technology but they guarantee to last more than 24 hours on normal usage when fully charged.
