In a recent announcement, Infinix has introduced the Note 40 Series Racing Edition, expanding its lineup with a new offering. Reports suggest that the brand is already gearing up for another addition to the lineup, speculated to be the Infinix Note 40S. This upcoming model has appeared on the Google Play Console certification website, providing insights into its key specifications.
The Infinix Note 40S, model number X6850B, is seen in renders with a sleek design highlighted by a curved display and a centrally located punch-hole cutout. Thanks to its 1080 x 2436 pixel display resolution and 480 dpi screen density, the Note 40S delivers a rich visual experience.
The Note 40S is anticipated to be powered by a MediaTek MT6789 system-on-a-chip, which has two Cortex-A76 cores and six A55 cores in addition to a Mali G57 GPU, according to information from the Google Play Console listing. This configuration suggests that a Helio G99 CPU is included. At launch, the gadget is expected to come with 8GB of RAM, and there may also be more variations. It is expected to launch out of the box with the Android 14 operating system on the software front.
While the certification website offers a glimpse into the Infinix Note 40S, further details are expected to emerge in the coming weeks.
