Mobiistar, a Vietnamese smartphone maker just added a new smartphone to its portfolio and ever-growing list of smartphones; The Mobiistar X1 Notch. This new device, as you may have already guessed comes with a notched display. Asides that, it also features a 3,020mAh battery capacity, 2GB or 3GB of RAM and 16GB or 32GB of storage respectively. Mobiistar X1 Notch Design And Display

Mobiistar X1 Notch obviously sports a 5.7-inch IPS LCD notched display with 720 x 1498 pixels screen resolution, a 292ppi and a 19:9 aspect ratio. There is also a 2.5D curved glass on top of the display for screen protection. At the back of the fingerprint sensor located at the centre and the single camera and LED flash at the top left side. The Mobiistar X1 Notch weighs just 161 grams and measures 8.7mm in thickness with three colour options; Gradient Shine, Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue.

Mobiistar X1 Notch Camera Review

Mobiistar X1 Notch has a total of 2 cameras, one on each side. Also, both are 13MP shooters with the rear camera having an LED flash for low light shots and the front-facing camera having no LED flash. They both also come with AI which outputs better image quality and gets better with time. Both cameras are also capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps.

Mobiistar X1 Notch Hardware and Software

Mobiistar X1 Notch is equipped with a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC which has 4 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and PowerVR GE8300 GPU for gaming. It also come in two configurations options; The 2GB RAM Variant has 16GB of Internal storage while the 3GB RAM has 32GB of internal storage. You can also expandable the storage further on both configurations via the MicroSD slot of up to 128GB. It runs Mobiistar’s In-house Star OS out of the box which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Battery & Network Connectivity

A 3,020mAh battery provides the juice needed by this device. Unfortunately, there is fast charging. However, it does have dual 4G LTE connectivity and dual VoLTE (with support for Jio), Bluetooth, WiFi, WiFi hotspot, WiFi direct, GPS, 3.5mm jack and a microUSB port with support for USB On The Go.
